30-day money-back guarantee
LDPS Africa offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions to the LDPS Africa Intelligence Platform™. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Our order process and refunds are handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team at admin@ldpsafrica.com and we will assist you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription renewals
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. If a renewal charge was processed unintentionally, contact us within 30 days of the renewal and we will refund it in line with this policy.
